TARRIFFS
The tariff depends on the number of people accommodated and the length of stay.
Tariffs start from $160 single for 1 night.
Corporate rates are available and rates for long term stays.
Special rates and conditions apply for special events such as the Bathurst 1000.

CANCELLATIONS
If a booking is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, a service fee of $50 is applicable.
For cancellations 6 days and under the deposit is non refundable, unless we are able to re book the apartment.
If a cancellation is made on the day of arrival the deposit is non refundable and the first nights tariff will be charged.
Special cancellation/refund conditions apply for bookings for special events and public holiday weekends

SMOKING
All apartments have a no smoking inside policy.
Balconies are available for smoking.
